We’d like to thank everyone who came out for Soundset ’09 this year. We had an amazing turnout with thousands of fans in attendance. For those of you who were able to get after party tickets, we’re pleased to announce that Hip Hop Karaoke NYC is returning to this year’s official Sound Set afterparty! If you weren’t in attendance last year, you missed a legendary HHK session that included Slug taking on the Beastie’s “Paul Revere” & Brother Ali performing the classic Grandmaster Flash song, “The Message”. A handful of people who signed up for a HHK performance were even lucky enough to have Slug & Brother Ali help them along with the lyrics.

With thousands of participants every year, Hip Hop Karaoke NYC is one of the most popular Hip Hop events in New York City.
